Single Storey Extension – 4


 

This project involved the production of planning and building regulation drawings for a new kitchen extension and a new garage. As there wasn’t enough space, the existing garage had to be demolished and the new garage was then constructed further back down the garden. This created enough space for the single storey extension which provides additional room for the new kitchen.
